Our Check-In Services provide a simple and dependable way to monitor your property from anywhere. With three high-quality drone photos, you’ll receive a clear visual record of your site, home, or land. Whether you need peace of mind, track project progress, or verify conditions, our service delivers quick updates you can trust.
We understand that schedules can change, and we do our best to remain flexible. To ensure fairness and protect our time and resources, we have the following cancellation policy:

24+ Hours Notice
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur any fees.

Within 24 Hours of Appointment
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the total service cost.

No-Shows or Same-Day Cancellations
If a cancellation is made after arrival at the site, or in the case of a no-show, a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost will apply.

Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule at no charge, provided the request is made more than 24 hours before the original appointment time.

We value your business and will always do our best to work with you when unexpected situations arise, but this policy helps us keep our schedule organized and ensures our resources are used efficiently.
We strive to provide safe, legal, and reliable drone services for all of our clients. Please be advised that all drone flights are subject to federal and local airspace regulations. Certain areas may have restricted or controlled airspace (such as near airports, government facilities, or special-use zones), which can require special coordination, permits, or flight authorizations.

Because of these regulations, the following conditions may apply:

Scheduling Delays – Obtaining airspace clearance or special permits may extend project timelines. We will communicate any anticipated delays as soon as they are identified.

Additional Fees – In cases where special permits, authorizations, or extended coordination are required, additional fees may be incurred to cover administrative costs, filing fees, or extended project planning.

Safety First – If flight authorization cannot be obtained or if conditions are deemed unsafe, we may need to reschedule or modify the scope of the drone operations.

Our goal is always to deliver high-quality results while operating in full compliance with FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) and local regulations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we ensure that every drone operation is conducted safely and legally.
