We understand that schedules can change, and we do our best to remain flexible. To ensure fairness and protect our time and resources, we have the following cancellation policy:

24+ Hours Notice
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur any fees. -
Within 24 Hours of Appointment
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the total service cost. -
No-Shows or Same-Day Cancellations
If a cancellation is made after arrival at the site, or in the case of a no-show, a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost will apply. -
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule once at no charge, provided the request is made more than 24 hours before the original appointment time.
